Job description

Make customer deliveries and pickups. When not driving, assist in the warehouse. Must have a valid driver’s license. Adhere to all federal and state laws, regulations when operating a motor vehicle, CBSI safety standards, and the Company Service Guarantee.

Perform check, load, and complete pre/post trip safety inspections.

• Load flatbeds and box trucks.
• Make customer deliveries in the NY Metro area, Westchester, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
• Verify, count, and unload materials at customer job sites in a timely manner.
• Always comply with DOT regulations.
• Follow directions and collaborate effectively with others.
• Be prompt and responsive.
• Drive cautiously, reducing risk, and complete trips responsibly, consciously, and safely.

Must be able to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Lift at least 100 lbs.
• Communicate via cell or landline phone.
