Job summary

Cascades in Albany is seeking a motivated CDL Driver to join our operations on the floor where materials take shape. You’ll load, unload, and drive routes while keeping safety and DOT compliance at the forefront.

We offer competitive starting pay of $27.00–$29.00 per hour, benefits, profit sharing, and a schedule that typically keeps you home every evening/night, with some Saturdays and holidays based on demand.

Qualifications

• Clean CDL A License.
• Excellent Safety Record.
• Experience using an elevated lift and/or Moffett (Willing to Train).
• Ability to work independently and make sound, safe decisions.
• Ability to work in all seasonal weather conditions.
• Adherence to all DOT and Company policies and procedures.
• Flexibility to work day and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload the vehicle as required.
• Complete all required paperwork, following DOT regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain communication with the Transportation Manager.
• Be flexible to day and evening shifts, plus some Saturdays and holidays as needed.

What you’ll do

As aCDL Driver, you’ll be at the heart of operations - right on the floor where materials take shape.
Your day-to-day:

• Drivers are also responsible for loading and unloading the vehicle.
• The completion of all required paperwork, following all DOT regulations.
• Providing the Company's customers with excellent customer service and keeping continuous communication with the Transportation Manager.
• This position requires drivers to be flexible to working day and evening shifts, as well as, some Saturdays and holidays based on Company needs.
• Interested candidates must have a clean CDL A Drivers license and excellent safety record.
