Job description

Dixon is seeking a CDL Driver to join our Distribution team in Chestertown, MD!

This role involves daytime truck routes, delivering to various departments and between plant locations. When not on deliveries, you'll assist in moving, storing, and organizing materials within the transportation department. A current CDL-A license and at least 3 years of experience as a CDL-A Driver are required.

Responsibilities:

• Make local truck runs
• Assist in transportation tasks as needed
• Maintain safety standards
• Ensure fleet vehicles are in good working condition
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Communicate effectively with team members
• Lifting up to 50 lbs. throughout shifts
• Be a team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Possess a forklift license
• Able to operate a manual transmission vehicle
