Job summary

Lansing Building Products in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a CDL Driver to service customers and deliver building products. Your day starts around 7:00 AM and ends near 4:30 PM, with minimal weekend work depending on location.

You will split time between deliveries and warehouse tasks, operate a Moffett forklift, assist customers at job sites, keep the warehouse clean, and may perform other duties such as cycle counts or inside sales as needed.

Qualifications

• CDL B (or A) license required.
• Clean driving record.
• Able to lift up to 70 pounds.
• At least one year of driving experience.
• Experience with building products preferred.
• Strong customer service and a positive attitude.

• Acts as a front-line Lansing representative while providing outstanding customer service.
• Splits time between deliveries and warehouse work.

HOME EVERY NIGHT!

CDL Driver's day usually begins around 7:00 AM -- sometimes earlier -- and ends at approximately 4:30 PM -- generally no weekend work (hours may vary by location)

CDL Driver Responsibilities:

Lives the mission statement

Acts as a front-line Lansing representative while providing outstanding customer service

Splits time between making deliveries and working in the warehouse

Uses a moffett forklift to make deliveries

Interacts with customers and or crews at job sites

Provides exceptional service to each Lansing customer…and constantly strive to improve that level of service

Keeps warehouse clean and orderly

This is a "get-the-job-done" kind of position...you may be asked to perform other functions not particularly addressed in this posting, such as cycle counts, inventory, inside sales, etc.

CDL Driver Qualifications:

CDL B (or A) license is required for this position

CDL Driver must have a clean driving record

Ability to work independently with efficiency and focus -- and to work as a contributing member of a larger team

Ability and willingness to lift boxes weighing as much as 70 pounds

Experience with building products is very helpful

Strong customer service skills, high integrity, and a positive attitude

At least one year of driving experience

Forklift certification and experience with a piggyback truck
