Job summary

Qualifications

• Possess a valid CDL with an acceptable driving record.
• At least six months of delivery experience.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product orders to customers on time and according to route schedule.
• Oversee delivery processes, including truck maintenance, safety checks, and compliance with safety procedures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and upsell where appropriate.
• Supervise route helpers, assistant drivers, and merchandisers within the delivery team.
• Complete customer invoices and collect payments, reconciling with the cashier at day end.
• Perform daily audits on truck equipment to ensure compliance with regulations.
