Job summary

Ben E. Keith Company is hiring a Delivery Driver to transport products to customers across Texas. You will build relationships, verify orders, and handle back stock while maintaining safety and accuracy.

The role requires a Texas Class A CDL, 21+ years old, and the ability to lift 165 lbs. You’ll work in varying weather, support a team, and report to the supervisor with daily route duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Texas Class A CDL is required.
• Must be 21 years or older to apply.
• Read and write English.
• Ability to move products weighing up to 165 lbs., stoop, kneel, crouch, talk and hear.

Responsibilities

• Build healthy relationships with retail customers and communicate effectively.
• Assist with delivery of Ben E. Keith Beverage products to customers.
• Fill in for other drivers as needed.
• Safely unload orders with hand truck, dolly or jack.
• Organize and refill back stock, coolers, shelves and displays.
• Verify order completeness with customers and obtain signatures and payments.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Report unsafe conditions and incidents to supervisor.
