Job summary

Heidelberg Distributing Company is seeking a Delivery Driver to serve our account base and territory with a focus on safety and customer service in a fast-paced beverage environment.

The role requires a valid CDL A or B license, DOT physical, drug screen, and strong communication skills. You will perform pre/post-trip inspections, assist warehouse as needed, and maintain compliance with DOT rules while delivering to customers on a Tue-Fri schedule.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL Class A or B license.
• DOT medical examination must be passed.
• Drug screen and background check required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections daily.
• Deliver products to accounts in a safe and efficient manner.
• Communicate respectfully with customers and colleagues.
• Assist warehouse as needed.
• Understand safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.
• Secure company property including cash, checks and vehicle.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Other duties as assigned by Operations Manager.
