Job summary

Simplot is seeking an Operations Support 3 (CDL/DOT) in Minden, NE. You will perform a range of tasks including fertilizer and chemical delivery, vehicle and equipment maintenance, and blending operations, with emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance.

The role supports field operations and requires a CDL with HazMat and Tanker endorsements where possible. Ideal candidates have 1+ years of related experience, basic farm equipment knowledge, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years related experience and/or training required.
• Knowledge of basic farm equipment and operation preferred.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in sequence (blending, loading, driving).
• Ability to operate heavy equipment (sprayer/applicator, semi-truck).
• Computer literacy including Office apps and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fertilizer and chemicals to customers; assist with loading/unloading.
• Perform equipment and facility maintenance; vehicle upkeep and housekeeping.
• Calibrate and operate equipment; monitor product application and blending.
• Ensure safe, accurate product deliveries and compliance with DOT/OSHA/Hazmat.
