Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, Miami, is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate a team of professional drivers (Class A CDL). You will dispatch loads, assign equipment, and communicate daily instructions to ensure on-time deliveries and safe operation.

You will review routing plans, update internal systems, and escalate issues to leadership while maintaining DOT compliance and a strong culture of safety. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• CDL required with knowledge of DOT regulations.
• High School Diploma required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review routing and scheduling plans for the shift to ensure all assignments are covered.
• Dispatch routes and relay information, instruction, and/or messages to drivers.
• Ensure drivers have necessary equipment and resources for the day.
• Escalate issues to management and update dispatch systems as needed.
