Carter Lumber is seeking CDL Delivery Specialists to transport orders to local jobsites using our fleet. You will unload with a dump bed or truck-mounted forklift and place materials at the customer site, ensuring on-time delivery and excellent service.

This full-time role emphasizes safety, customer interaction, and meeting daily delivery schedules while supporting a growing, family-owned company that values growth from within.

Qualifications

• Previous delivery experience, preferably with building materials.
• Experience operating a truck-mounted forklift.
• An acceptable driving record and a current CDL license.
• Familiarity with building materials and delivery equipment is preferred.
• Ability to be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Transport orders to local customer jobsites in a safe and timely manner.
• Unload materials using dump bed or truck-mounted forklift and place them at the customer site.
• Ensure daily delivery schedules are met and provide friendly, professional customer service.
