Job summary

Lowe's Home Centers, LLC is seeking a delivery driver to provide exceptional customer service while executing Lowe's delivery policies. You will actively engage customers, assist with loading and unloading merchandise, and coordinate delivery with drivers to ensure on-time arrivals.

Responsibilities include inspecting loads, ensuring DOT compliance, maintaining vehicle safety, and delivering appliances and large items to customers’ homes in Kentucky. A valid CDL and clean MVR are required.

Qualifications

• Must have valid CDL and ability to operate CMV in multi-unit locations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to safely load, unload, and transport merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service per Lowe's policies.
• Assist customers in locating and loading merchandise.
• Deliver and unload appliances within DOT regulations.
• Verify deliveries against invoices and carry out loading tasks.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and comply with DOT rules.
