Job summary

Responsibilities include coordinating with drivers, verifying invoices, and maintaining accurate delivery records while delivering a high level of service and ensuring on‑time delivery to customers across assigned routes.

Qualifications

• CDL license required (Class A or B per location) and valid medical certificate.
• Ability to pass MVR screen as per company requirements.
• Demonstrated customer service and ability to assist customers with loading/delivery.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure if required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service and assist customers in locating and loading merchandise.
• Plan delivery activities and ensure on-time delivery of orders.
• Verify loads against invoices and ensure safe, secure loading per DOT rules.
• Maintain DOT compliance and vehicle inspections; report hazards as needed.
• Unloads, installs, and tests appliances upon delivery.
• Coordinate with truck drivers and update delivery status in the system.
