DSG Supply in La Crosse, WI, is seeking a CDL Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate for a full-time, hourly role. The job includes delivering product, loading/unloading, and assisting in warehouse tasks.

Candidates must hold a valid Class A or B CDL with a current medical card and can work within a 150-mile radius of the branch. The position emphasizes safety, customer communication, and teamwork, with ESOP benefits and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL with current medical card.
• Basic product and warehouse/delivery knowledge normally acquired in 1–3 years of applicable experience.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to plan, prioritize and organize work under pressure and deadlines.
• Safety training on material handling and forklift driving.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift 70–325 lbs with aid.
• Prior computer knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

• Load delivery truck safely according to policy.
• Coordinate with warehouse to load product.
• Inspect truck & trailer per policy and DOT standards.
• Communicate safety/maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Communicate delivery dates & times to customers.
• Drive to customer locations within 150 miles of branch.
• Unload materials at customers' sites as instructed.
• Stay compliant with DOT/FMCSA and OSHA regulations including training.
• Adhere to DSG’s safety policy and vehicle safety program.
• Maintain a good driving record.
• Assist in warehouse operations when not delivering: pull product, pack, label, organize locations, operate forklift, use computer/RF scanner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
