Qualifications

• CDL license and DOT compliance knowledge.
• Valid medical certificate or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to pass MVR screen.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service at all times following Lowe's policies.
• Seeks out customers to understand needs and assists in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Listens to and responds to customer and employee questions by guiding them through projects.
• Communicates information to customers regarding stock, special orders, and warranty information.
• Contacts customers regarding delivery or coordinates with the truck driver to call the customer.
• Plans delivery activities, prints loading tickets, and delivers merchandise on time.
• Pulls merchandise, loads trucks within payload, and ensures proper loading.
• Inspects products before delivery and verifies invoices match quantities.
