Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a delivery driver/customer service associate to support in-stock and delivery operations. You will assist customers, load merchandise, and coordinate with drivers to ensure on-time deliveries.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and strong customer interaction. A Class A CDL is required in many locations, with benefits including health insurance and 401(k) matching for eligible associates.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Class A CDL License; in some locations a Class B with air brake endorsement may be acceptable.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic; pass MVR and medical requirements.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to assist customers with loading and delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service according to Lowe's policies and programs.
• Assist customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Coordinate delivery with drivers and communicate status to customers.
• Ensure safety and compliance with DOT regulations during loading and delivery.
• Maintain accuracy in loading, verification against invoices, and on-time deliveries.
