Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a delivery-focused associate to support customers and load/deliver merchandise with care.

You will assist customers throughout their shopping experience, load items for delivery, and help ensure on-time, accurate deliveries while adhering to safety and DOT requirements. Responsibilities include communicating clearly with customers and coordinating with truck teams to deliver and install appliances when needed, while maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CDL and be able to operate delivery equipment safely.
• Experience with loading/unloading merchandise and assisting customers is preferred.
• Ability to meet DOT regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service and assist customers in locating, selecting, and loading merchandise.
• Plan and execute loading and delivery activities to ensure on-time delivery of orders.
• Unload, install, and test appliances upon delivery where applicable; verify items match invoices.
• Maintain DOT compliance and safe operating procedures for all vehicles and equipment.
• Communicate delivery status to customers and keep systems updated with route progress.
