Ferguson is hiring a delivery driver in Indianapolis, IN. This full-time role involves delivering materials to customers, loading and unloading with pallet jacks and dollies, and verifying returns for credit. You will perform daily truck inspections, fuel as needed, and report issues to your supervisor.

A valid CDL and DOT medical card are required. Candidates should be comfortable with technology (iPads), have a strong customer-focused approach, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL and meet CDL requirements.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to pass DOT standards.
• Must maintain a valid DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Background in warehouse operations and logistics is a plus.
• Strong communication with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to navigate and operate basic technology (iPads).

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to customers using pallet jack and dolly; ensure delivery tickets accompany materials.
• Pick up customer returns and validate product for credit requests.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections; fuel the truck as needed; report issues.
• Follow all safety policies and wear PPE, including harness if required.
• Assist with pulling and preparing orders for shipment and stocking incoming material.
• Overtime may be required.
