Job summary

ABC Supply Co. Inc. in Ohio is seeking a licensed CDL driver for local deliveries. You will safely deliver ground and rooftop loads, returning home each night and serving customers with professionalism.

Responsibilities include loading checks, documenting deliveries with photos, logs and paperwork, and teamwork with the Delivery Material Handler. Competitive benefits include health, dental, vision after 60 days, 401(k) match, disability, life insurance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL – Class A or B.
• Lift 75-100 pounds repeatedly.
• Willingness to work on rooftops.
• Pre-employment drug screen and random screens required.
• Conveyor truck experience is preferred.
• Crane certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Treat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Conduct a safe work zone at each job site.
• Adhere to delivery schedules and follow directives.
• Document each delivery by taking photos with our phone system.
• Perform load checks and secure materials per regulations.
• Coordinate with the Delivery Material Handler for placement and unloading.
• Complete logs and government paperwork accurately.
• Provide the customer with an invoice and collect COD payments.
• Responsibilities may include warehouse loading/unloading as assigned.
• This position does not require over the road travel.
