Job summary

ABC Supply in La Mirada, CA, is seeking a licensed CDL driver for local deliveries and hometown nights. You will ensure safe delivery from branch to job site, handling loading, securing cargo, and on-site rooftop work as needed.

Role requires lifting heavy bundles, documenting each delivery with photos, and maintaining compliance with federal and state standards. Benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k), paid vacation and holidays.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL – Class A or B.
• Ability to lift 75-100 pounds repeatedly (70 pound bundles of shingles).
• Willingness to work on rooftops.
• Pre-employment and random drug screening required.
• Conveyor truck experience and boom truck experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Treat customers professionally and maintain a safe work zone at each job site.
• Adhere to the delivery schedule and follow all directives.
• Document every delivery by taking photos with the camera phone system.
• Perform a thorough load check and secure all materials according to regulations.
• Coordinate with Delivery Material Handler to determine unloading locations and execute unloading.
• Complete logs and government paperwork accurately and on time.
• Provide the customer with an invoice and collect COD payments.
• May perform warehouse loading/unloading as assigned.
