Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include Class A CDL for multi-unit CMV or Class B CDL with air brake endorsement for single-unit CMV
• Valid medical certificate or ability to obtain one
• Ability to pass MVR screen per company requirements
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as required by law
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction)
• Must be 21 years of age
• Ability to comply with DOT and CDL regulations

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service following Lowe's policies, procedures and programs
• Seeks out customers to understand needs and assists in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise
• Listens to and responds to customer and employee questions by guiding them through projects
• Communicates information to customers regarding stock, special orders, features, applications and warranties
• Coordinates delivery with customers and truck drivers to ensure timely delivery
• Adheres to safety standards and ensures loads comply with DOT regulations
