Job summary

Colonial Materials, Inc. - Hickory is seeking a professional delivery driver to safely operate a commercial vehicle and deliver building materials to commercial and residential sites. You will load/unload, follow DOT regulations, and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, a valid CDL (Class B required, Class A preferred), a clean MVR, and the ability to lift materials up to 80 lbs. Join a team committed to safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL).
• Minimum Class B License, Class A strongly preferred.
• Must have a clear three (3) year Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
• Must have knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect truck/trailer for defects and ensure safe operation.
• Load/unload building materials; deliver to commercial and residential sites.
• Maintain records for compliance with regulations.
