Job summary

Capitol Building Supply, Inc. in Maryland is seeking a delivery driver to operate a commercial motor vehicle safely and in compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations.

You will load/unload materials and deliver to commercial and residential sites while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include inspecting vehicles, maintaining regulatory records, and reporting incidents.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid CDL license required.
• Minimum Class B; Class A preferred.
• Clean three-year MVR.
• Knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Inspect truck/trailer for defects and ensure safe operation.
• Load/unload materials and deliver to job sites.
• Maintain records required for compliance with State and Federal regulations.
• Report accidents involving driver or company equipment; lift heavy materials (up to 100+ lbs).
• Provide excellent customer service and professional attitude.
