Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 90 lbs.
• CDL Class B or higher required, and ability to operate forklifts and power jacks.

• Preference for prior delivery experience.
• Clean driving record.
• Able to lift at least 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Load trucks.
• Deliver to supermarkets, farm markets, and specialty grocers/food stores.
• Unload pallets or use hand carts; most products are refrigerated or frozen.
• Compile delivery‑related paperwork or reports.
• Maintain compliance with traffic restrictions and pre‑established routes.
• Communicate with customers in a polite and professional way.
• Transport and deliver new products to clients in a safe and timely manner.
• Double‑check orders before and after delivery for accuracy.

Job Details

This full‑time position offers $22 - $24 per hour, fully paid first‑person health insurance after 90 days, paid time off, six paid holidays, a 401(k) after one year, and a 20% employee discount at Weaver's Butcher Shop.

Responsibilities

• Loading trucks.
• Delivering to supermarkets, farm markets, and specialty grocers/food stores.
• For some stops, pallet unloading; for others, hand cart unloading. Most of our products are refrigerated or frozen.
• Compile any delivery‑related paperwork or reports that are required.
• Maintain full compliance to traffic restrictions and pre‑established delivery routes.
• Communicate with customers in a polite and professional way to provide a positive customer experience.
• Transport and deliver new products to clients in a safe and timely manner.
• Double‑check orders before and after delivery to guarantee correctness and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Applicants will be expected to be able to lift 90 lbs.
• The job requires a CDL Class B or higher, as well as the ability to operate forklifts and power jacks.
• Applicants must be 21 years or older.
• Applicants must have reliable transportation.
• The ability to speak basic Spanish would be useful, as we have a small number of Spanish customers, but we do not require it, nor do we currently have any Spanish‑speaking drivers.
• Preference for candidates with prior delivery driver or related job experience.
• Must have a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) and a clean driving record.
• Exhibits exceptional communication skills and time management skills.
• The ability to lift at least 25 pounds is needed for this position.
• High school graduate or equivalent (GED).

Compensation

$22 - $24 per hour.
