Position Summary

The primary role of a delivery driver is to operate a commercial motor vehicle safely and efficiently, complying with company policies and regulations, and delivering freight undamaged. Work as a team to load/unload materials and provide excellent customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Inspect trucks/trailers for defects.
  • Load building materials onto flatbeds or boom trucks and unload at job sites.
  • Deliver materials to assigned areas, prioritizing safety.
  • Maintain compliance records.
  • Report accidents involving driver or equipment.
  • Lift heavy materials up to 100+ lbs.
  • Provide excellent customer service with a professional attitude.
Basic Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Valid CDL, with minimum Class B; Class A preferred.
  • Clean three-year Motor Vehicle Report.
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations.
