Job summary

Reading Truck in Salt Lake City is seeking a CDL Delivery Driver to promptly deliver and distribute products to customers and other locations. You will represent our company professionally to support profitability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include vehicle inspections, loading, maintaining communication, unloading goods, reviewing deliveries with customers, and obtaining confirmations. A CDL with 5+ years’ experience and the ability to pass tests is required.

Qualifications

• CDL required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Delivery Driver.
• Ability to pass company driving test, background check and drug test.
• Must possess a positive and professional attitude.

• Deliver and distribute products promptly to customers and other locations.

How You Will Make an Impact

A CDL Delivery Driver at Reading Truck is responsible to deliver distribute products promptly to our customers and to our other locations. You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction.

The Nuts and Bolts

Conduct inspections of vehicle before departing to deliver goods

Asist with packing and loading products onto trucks per company’s specifications

Maintain ongoing communication

Unload goods as per client specifications

Review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs

Obtain delivery confirmation from each customer

Required Credentials

CDL required

Minimum 5 years’ experience as Delivery Driver

Ability to pass company driving test, background check and drug test

Must possess a positive and professional attitude
