Job summary

Summit Beverage in Montana is hiring CDL drivers for local routes around the greater Missoula area. You will drive a Class A truck, unload, stock, and face product, and build relationships with store managers daily.

Work four 10-hour days (Tuesday–Friday) with weekends free, no long hauls or overnights. Eligible drivers receive a monthly bonus, plus comprehensive medical/dental/vision, retirement match, PTO, holidays, uniforms, and reimbursements.

Qualifications

• CDL license and DOT medical card required.
• Solid driving record and ability to pass DOT drug/alcohol testing.
• Previous delivery experience (grocery/retail/beverage) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver to retail accounts around the greater Missoula area.
• Unload product and move it to back rooms and sales floor.
• Stock, rotate, and face product on shelves and coolers; set up promotional displays.
• Be a friendly, visible representative to store managers and coordinate with other teams.

A Day on the Road

• Hit the road in a Class A company truck and work through your route of retail accounts around the greater Missoula area.
• Unload product and move it to back rooms to the sales floor.
• Stock, rotate, and face product so coolers, shelves, and displays look their best.
• Set up eye-catching promotional displays.
• Become a familiar, friendly face to store managers and work with other departments daily

Pay & Perks

• Pay Range: $22 - 25.00/hour, plus bonus incentives. Wage dependent on CDL License status

Requirements

What You Bring

• A current CDL and a valid DOT medical card
• A solid driving record and the ability to pass DOT drug and alcohol testing
• Previous delivery experience (grocery, retail, or beverage experience is a big plus)
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• The strength to lift 50 lbs. routinely and to move loads of up to 160 lbs. with equipment
• A can-do attitude in any Montana weather, sunshine or snow

Physical and Other Requirements:

This position requires a minimum of four 10-hour days Tuesday – Friday. The shifts, end times, and total hours worked may vary depending on the season and quantity of deliveries, sometimes exceeding 10 hours.

• Seeing: Must be able to read reports and use computer/table/office equipment. Must be able to read and interpret documentation. 75-100%
• Hearing: Must be able to hear well enough to communicate with employees and business contacts. Must be aware of environment when driving. 75-100%
