Job summary

Summit Beverage is seeking a delivery driver to service local accounts around the greater Billings area. You will drive a company truck Tuesday through Friday, unloading, stocking, and setting up eye-catching displays to keep stores stocked and looking their best.

Earn starting wages of $20–$21 per hour with monthly bonus incentives. Benefits include medical/dental/vision/Life, retirement with company match, PTO/holidays, uniforms, and reimbursements for gym and phone usage.

• Solid driving record and ability to operate company vehicles safely.
• Previous delivery experience (grocery, retail, or beverage a big plus).

A Day on the Road

• Hit the road in a company truck and work through your route of retail accounts around the greater Billings area.
• Unload product and move it to back rooms to the sales floor.
• Stock, rotate, and face product so coolers, shelves, and displays look their best.
• Set up eye-catching promotional displays.
• Become a familiar, friendly face to store managers and work with other departments daily

Pay & Perks

• Pay Range: Starting 20 - 21.00/hour, plus bonus incentives. Wage dependent on license and experience

What You Bring

• A solid driving record and the ability operate company vehicles safely.
• Previous delivery experience (grocery, retail, or beverage experience is a big plus)
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• The strength to lift 50 lbs. routinely and to move loads of up to 160 lbs. with equipment
• A can-do attitude in any Montana weather, sunshine or snow

Physical and Other Requirements: This position requires a minimum of four 10-hour days Tuesday – Friday. The shifts, end times, and total hours worked may vary depending on the season and quantity of deliveries, sometimes exceeding 10 hours.

• Seeing: Must be able to read reports and use computer/table/office equipment. Must be able to read and interpret documentation. 75-100%
• Hearing: Must be able to hear well enough to communicate with employees and business contacts. Must be aware of environment when driving. 75-100%
