Job summary

WM (Waste Management) seeks a CDL-B truck operator to safely drive on designated routes, perform pre- and post-trip inspections, and ensure compliance with OSHA/DOT rules. You will communicate with Route Managers and Dispatch to handle service calls and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Must have a CDL Class B license.
• Able to read, write, and speak English well.
• Pre-employment screening including drug test and physical.

Responsibilities

• Operates a heavy-duty truck on designated routes following OSHA, DOT, and company guidelines.
• Performs pre- and post-trip inspections and documents DVIR issues.
• Communicates with Route Manager/Dispatch regarding service calls and route updates.
• Dumps containers, ensures lids are closed, and maintains cleanliness at customer sites.
• Completes route documentation and reports incidents per protocol.
