Job summary

Insituform Technologies USA, LLC is seeking a Construction Laborer with a valid Class A or B CDL to join our Anoka, MN team. The role focuses on installing CIPP for municipal, industrial, storm, and sewer line rehab projects. Expect travel, overtime, and a dynamic field environment with opportunities for growth.

The starting pay is $44.00 per hour, with benefits and PPE provided. Candidates should be able to work in confined spaces and lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
Class A or B CDL REQUIRED; Hazmat or endorsements preferred.
2+ years in outdoor construction, preferably with CIPP or water/sewer utilities.
Must be able to work in confined spaces.
Overtime, nights and weekends as needed.
Travel overnight locally and regionally up to 70% as work dictates.
Lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs with/without accommodation.

Responsibilities

Work with supervisors and peers to rehabilitate and repair sewer and storm water lines.
Direct operators of construction equipment to align/move/adjust machinery per site needs.
Drive vehicles from pickups to CDL tractor-trailer rigs to haul crews and equipment.
Assist in initial setup and cleanup of job sites, lifting 50+ lbs as required.
Review entry and work permits; assist in reviewing pre/post installation videos.
Enter manholes or confined spaces to cut lines for installation.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
