Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Class A OR Class B license preferred.

Shift and Time:

Monday through Friday (Some Saturdays, Possible Overnights), Seasonal

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Drive specialized trucks with airbrakes and manual transmissions.
• Safely transport hazardous materials according to regulations.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on vehicles and equipment.
• Lift, carry, and position traffic control devices, tools, and materials.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Keep accurate records of work, materials used, and hours worked.
• Implement traffic control measures for safe work zones.
• Load and unload supplies, tools, and materials as needed.
• Monitor traffic flow and maintain safe distances from work vehicles.
• Assist with equipment setup and material handling.
• Respond to emergencies, assist with traffic control, and report incidents.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, crew members, and clients.
• Attend safety meetings and complete required training.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand for long periods.
• Lift or move up to 100 pounds.
• Occasionally walk, sit, reach, climb stairs or ladders, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
