Job summary

JP Tank Inc is seeking a CDL Driver/Concrete Pump Operator to support large-scale agricultural infrastructure projects across Wisconsin and the Midwest. You will operate a Schwing 46-meter pump truck, transport materials, and coordinate with crews to ensure safe, efficient placements.

The role is full-time in Rosendale, WI, with a Monday–Friday schedule, 40–50 hours weekly and occasional overtime. Company offers benefits and long-term growth opportunities in a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A with Air Brake Endorsement.
• Experience operating concrete pump trucks.
• Experience driving a semi-truck with trailer.
• Experience with heavy equipment.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
• Comfortable working in outdoor construction environments.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate Schwing 46-meter concrete pump truck during placements.
• Coordinate with foremen and crews for efficient, safe pouring operations.
• Perform pump setup, cleanup, and routine maintenance (lubrication and inspections).
• Safely transport construction equipment and materials to job sites using a semi-truck and trailer.
• Maintain an organized shop yard, equipment storage, and material staging.
• Conduct basic equipment maintenance to keep fleet ready for projects.
