Job summary

JP Tank is seeking a CDL Driver and Concrete Pump Operator to support agricultural infrastructure projects across Wisconsin and the Midwest. You will operate a Schwing 46-meter pump truck, transport materials, and work with foremen to place concrete safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• You possess a valid CDL Class A License with an Air Brake Endorsement.
• You have prior experience operating concrete pump trucks.
• You are skilled in safely operating a semi-truck and trailer.
• You have experience operating construction or heavy equipment.
• You demonstrate a strong mechanical aptitude.
• You are comfortable working effectively in outdoor construction environments.
• You have strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage the Schwing 46-meter concrete pump truck during critical placements.
• Coordinate with foremen and crews to ensure safe, efficient concrete pouring.
• Perform pump setup, cleanup, and routine maintenance, including lubrication and inspections.
• Safely transport construction equipment and materials to job sites using a semi-truck and trailer.
• Maintain an organized shop yard, equipment storage, and material staging.
• Conduct basic equipment maintenance to keep the fleet ready for projects.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, approximately 40–50 hours per week with occasional early starts and overtime
