This hands-on role is responsible for safely operating Orica's bulk trucks (Mobile Manufacturing Units) to deliver and install blasting products for customers in mining, quarry, and construction environments. This position plays a critical role in supporting safe and efficient blasting operations through equipment operation, product delivery, preventative maintenance, and exceptional customer service.
This is a hybrid role that combines approximately40% driving and 60% physical field work. This role involves working outdoors in a variety of environments and weather conditions while loading, delivering, and installing bulk explosive products at customer sites.
Additionally, this role operates equipment to provide blasting products and deliver high-quality service to customers. Success in this position requires a strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and the ability to perform physically demanding work while supporting customers' operational needs.
