Heritage Landscape Supply - Santa Rosa Beach is seeking a Local CDL Class B Driver to safely deliver products to customers within a local radius of the Santa Rosa Beach branch. No overnight stays, with overtime opportunities during busy seasons.

The role requires a valid Class B CDL, a clean driving record, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. Prior DOT/OSHA knowledge and forklift experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL License - Class B.
• Safe driving record with no hit & runs or DWI/DUI convictions within the last three years.
• DOT & OSHA safety regulations knowledge is a plus.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Forklift experience is helpful.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Able to pass a background check, pre-employment drug test and DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Deliver to customer sites and branch locations, unloading products as needed.
• Load, unload, and stage orders in a warehouse or job site environment.
• Maintain delivery, truck, and driving records and obtain signed receipts.
• Comply with DOT regulations and FMCSA rules.

As our Local CDL Class B Driver, your primary responsibility will be to safely deliver products to customers' places of business or job sites within a maximum radius of your home branch. Enjoy the convenience of having your deliveries start and end at the branch, with no overnight stays, and take advantage of overtime opportunities during busy seasons!

• Prioritize safety above all else!
• Comply with all DOT regulations while operating a commercial vehicle
• Load, unload, and stage orders in a warehouse or job site environment
• Deliver to customer sites and branch locations, unloading products as needed
• Understand and adhere to the FMCSA regulations
• Perform additional related duties, such as stocking, order entry, shipping, receiving, and more
• Maintain delivery, truck, and driving records by obtaining signed delivery receipts, recording tracking information, and completing driver log and truck performance forms

Requirements:

• Valid CDL License - Class B
• Safe driving record with no hit & runs or DWI/DUI convictions within the last three years; accidents and/or severe violations in the last year will be reviewed by HR and Management
• Prior commercial driving experience and knowledge of DOT & OSHA safety regulations are a plus
• Basic computer knowledge
