Job summary

Rain for Rent is seeking a Driver with a Class A CDL to operate trucks and trailers (GVWR 26,001+ lbs) for pickup, delivery, and unloading of pipe and equipment. You will represent the company and maintain positive relations with customers while working outdoors and supporting field crews.

This role requires driving a manual transmission and adherence to DOT/FMCSA regulations. You will load/unload materials, complete site analyses, and maintain accurate logs and paperwork as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Must possess Valid Class A CDL.
• Able to comply with DOT and FMCSA regulations.
• Experience driving manual transmission preferred.
• Ability to read maps, plan routes and estimate distances.

Responsibilities

• Drive trucks and trailers with GVWR 26,001+ lbs to pick up and deliver pipe and equipment.
• Load, secure, and unload materials with appropriate tools.
• Assist field crew with unloading and installing equipment according to job specs.
• Complete job site analysis and collect required signatures on work orders.
• Maintain accurate delivery/pickup records and driver logs.
