Job summary

Rain for Rent is seeking a Driver - CDL Class A to operate manual transmission trucks and trailers (GVWR 26,001+ lbs) delivering and installing pipe and equipment. You represent the company and build customer relationships.

You will drive in outdoor environments, complete pre/post-trip inspections, maintain DOT logs, comply with FMCSA regulations, and assist field crews with installs and loading. Requirements include high school or GED, 18+ months of DOT driving, valid Class A license, ability

Qualifications

• Ability to read a map, plan routes and calculate distances.

Responsibilities

• Drive manual transmission trucks and trailers (GVWR 26,001+ lbs) to pick up, deliver and unload company pipe and equipment.
• Load, secure, and unload materials for scheduled deliveries.
• Assist field crew with unloading equipment and installing tanks, pumps, pipes, fittings and filtration systems.
• Maintain DOT driver logs and comply with FMCSA and DOT regulations.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs.
