Qualifications

• High School Diploma and CDL prior experience of at least two years is required.
• Additional Eligibility Qualifications (Med Cert, MVR).
• CDL Class A license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and best practices across the organization.
• Receive and follow dispatch instructions via electronic devices.
• Complete pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections per DOT/FMCSA rules.
• Communicate in English with management and customers.
• Fuel tractor and monitor DEF levels as needed.
• Use ELD software and tablet to comply with FMCSA Hours of Service.
• Prepare a daily trip record.
• Participate in company safety programs.
• Follow company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
• Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and curiosity.
• Other duties as assigned.
