Job summary

NEW Cooperative Inc. is hiring for a CDL-A driver to move grain and related products across designated locations in Iowa and beyond. You will operate different trailers, perform inspections, and maintain DOT-compliant logs while ensuring safe, courteous service to customers.

The role requires a HazMat endorsement, tanker endorsement, and the ability to pass a DOT physical every two years. Expect seasonal extended hours and a strong safety culture supported by comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Class A CDL with tanker and HazMat endorsements.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical every 2 years as required by law.
• Strong focus on safety and high levels of customer service.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance manuals.

Responsibilities

• Drive trucks to move grain and other products using various trailer types.
• Maintain accurate driving logs and documentation per DOT requirements.
• Perform preventative maintenance and daily inspections of equipment and vehicles.
• Assist in other location tasks and work extended hours during busy seasons.
