Job summary

Evergreen Goodwill of Northwest Washington in Everett Transportation is seeking a CDL Truck Driver - Class A to operate commercial vehicles transferring donation containers and processed goods safely. You will follow DOT rules and contribute to efficient logistics.

The role requires a Washington CDL Class A, clean driving record, and ability to read English; responsibilities include transporting donations, maintaining vehicles, and supporting warehouse operations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is not strictly required but preferred.
• Must be 21+ years old to meet intra/interstate CDL rules.
• 2 years of CDL driving experience or graduate of state CDL program.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; communicate effectively.
• Ability to operate in-cab computer system for vehicle tracking and logs.
• Knowledge of vehicle safety and DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial vehicles to designated locations including inner city traffic.
• Drive and maintain company vehicles in a safe, efficient manner.
• Transport donation containers from attended donation centers to Goodwill locations.
• Transport processed goods to outlying stores.
• Transport waste to transfer station.
• Pick up special donations and deliver goods as requested.
• Adhere to DOT rules and company policies.
• Demonstrate safe work practices and report hazards or accidents.
• Support customer satisfaction and teamwork.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
