Job summary

Spee Dee Delivery Service, Inc. is seeking a CDL Class A driver to fill in on routes as needed, supporting daily delivery operations from the St. Cloud, MN area.

This full-time role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus, hourly wages $24.00–$30.75 with overtime after 40 hours, and opportunities for weekend OT. Candidates must be 21+, hold a CDL and related endorsements, and pass pre-employment screening.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must hold a valid CDL Class A driver's license OR complete company paid CDL training program

Responsibilities

• Cover open, vacant or temporarily unassigned route based on business needs
• Assist drivers with daily morning duties such as sorting freight, loading trucks and other duties as needed
• Deliver and pick up freight in a timely manner from customers and shippers
• Inspect and report any mechanical problems with the vehicle
• Collect payments as needed
• Verify the content of pickups on shipping papers
• Notify management of any problems or discrepancies
• Maintain professional personal appearance as well as cleanliness of vehicle
• Participate in weekly meetings and communicate goals and assignments
• Travel may be required
• Perform other required duties as assigned
