Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is seeking a Route Sales Driver to sell and distribute products on designated routes, ensuring product availability and maintaining customer relationships. Expect daily delivery, merchandising, and promotional activities across accounts.

You will drive a Class A CDL, manage inventory, collect payments, and maintain accurate records while upholding safety and quality standards. Some travel and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Must obtain a Class A CDL within 90 days of starting.
• Ability to operate two- or four-wheeled hand-trucks and industrial power trucks.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and follow store merchandising standards.
• Willingness to travel ~10% and work some weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Grow volume through product sales, distribution, and promotional activity.
• Deliver products to accounts on a daily basis.
• Merchandise and stock accounts according to standards.
• Maintain POS advertising and back room cleanliness.
• Accurately invoice and collect monies due.
