Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is hiring a Route Sales Driver in the region to sell and deliver beverages on designated routes, ensuring product availability and proper merchandising according to company standards.

You will grow volume, service accounts daily, and maintain relationships with store personnel while upholding safety and compliance. This role requires CDL readiness within 90 days, plus strong customer service and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of general work experience preferred.
• 1+ years of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Grow volume in assigned accounts through product sales, distribution, display and promotional activity.
• Sale and delivery of products to assigned accounts daily.
• Ensure accounts merchandised/stocked according to standards.
• Transport, replace and maintain Point of Sale advertising as appropriate.
• Ensure proper accounting of product, cash and assets daily.
• Accurately and efficiently invoice and collect monies due.
• Foster relationships with account personnel and provide superior customer service to all accounts through daily communication, problem resolution and follow up.
• Ensure neat appearance of all equipment and product in assigned accounts.
• Maintain back room and manage trade breakage at accounts.
• Perform vehicle checks and load checks per standards.
• Maintain quality assurance standards at every account.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain professional, team relationships with co-workers and customers.
