Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is seeking a Route Sales Driver to sell and distribute beverages along designated routes with a focus on customer service and growth. You will ensure product availability, maintain displays, and support promotional activities to maximize volume and customer satisfaction.

The role requires delivering daily to accounts, maintaining stock per standards, and building strong relationships with customers while adhering to safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1-3 years of general work experience preferred
• 1+ years of commercial driving experience preferred
• Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus
• Customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Grow volume in assigned accounts through product sales, display and promotional activity.
• Sale and delivery of products to assigned accounts on a daily basis.
• Ensure accounts are merchandised/stocked according to standards.
• Transport, replace and maintain POS advertising as appropriate for accounts.
• Accurately invoice and collect monies due.
• Foster relationships with account personnel and provide superior customer service.
