CJ Logistics America is seeking a CDL-A driver for a full-time OTR role in Fullerton, CA. You will work Mon-Fri with occasional weekend work, delivering goods with a focus on safety and customer service. Compensation includes per mile pay of $0.713 plus $25 per stop and quarterly safety bonuses.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 years of full-time Class A tractor/trailer experience in past 3 years
• No more than two moving violations in past 3 years
• No serious traffic violations in past 3 years
• No FMCSA/DOT clearinghouse violations in past 5 years
• Ability to pass DOT physical and drug/alcohol screen
• -English proficiency to interact with customers; bilingual in English/Korean preferred

• Live and drop loads
• Adjust to local travel conditions (traffic, road closures)

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, OTR
• Flexibility to work an occasional weekend day
• Pay: $0.713 cents per mile/mile + $25/stop pay
• Cents per mile increases every 12 months
• Potential $1300 quarterly safety bonuses

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate company-assigned Class A truck safely and responsibly
• Live and drop loads

• Communicate any customer concerns or delivery issues to management
• Collaborate with dispatch to plan routes and track deliveries

What You Bring

• A Valid Class A CDL Drivers License Required.
• A Minimum of 36 months of experience working in a full-time Class A Tractor/Trailer driving position in the previous 3 years.
• No more than two (2) moving violations while operating a personal or commercial motor vehicle in the last three years (3) years.
• No serious traffic violations or convictions while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last three (3) years.
• No clearinghouse violations in the last 5 years.
• Knowledge of all applicable DOT regulations and Motor Carrier Safety regulations.
• Ability to satisfy FMCSA/DOT requirements including a clean drug and alcohol screen and a passing DOT physical.
• High level of reliability and commitment to the role.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to navigate interactions professionally.
• Must be able to read and speak the English Language sufficiently to converse with the general public and respond to official inquiries to drivers.
• Bilingual requirement (English/Korean)
• Must meet minimum age and insurability requirements (21 years of age or older) in accordance with company insurance policies and/or federal regulations governing commercial vehicle operation.
