Job summary

Penske Logistics in Nitro, West Virginia, is hiring immediate full-time CDL Class A truck drivers to deliver auto parts across WV and nearby states. You’ll drive late-model Penske trucks, with safety features and in-cab cameras, and typically be home daily.

Applicants must hold a valid Class A CDL, obtain a Hazmat endorsement within 90 days, and meet DOT medical and English proficiency requirements. Penske offers extensive benefits and a driver referral program.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required and domiciled in the U.S.
• DOT medical card (non-excepted interstate) and English language proficiency
• 1 year of tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years or 2 years in last 5 years
• Clean DMV/MVR record (two or fewer moving violations/accidents)
• Ability to work the required schedule at the specified location and pass background/drug screening
• This position is safety-sensitive under DOT rules

Responsibilities

• Perform multi-stop deliveries of auto parts and supplies to retail stores across WV and nearby states
• Support different routes and assignments based on business needs
• Unload trailer using pallet jacks and hand carts; complete liftgate deliveries
• Be available on call when not needed for driving and maintain professional customer interactions
