160 Driving Academy, the nation’s largest CDL training network, is hiring a CDL Class A Instructor Trainer to coach students from pre-trip to exam day at a local yard. You’ll work with fellow instructors, cover regional yards as needed, and help maintain a clean, safe training environment with hands-on teaching on automatic and manual transmissions.

The role features daytime hours, occasional weekend shifts, a 90‑day probation, merit raises, and a team bonus pool based on first‑time passes.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Class A CDL with 24+ months experience (Nevada exception 5 years).
• Must meet state instructor licensing requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Teach Class A driving skills in yards and on-road.
• Guide students through pre-trip inspections, maneuvers and road training.
• Maintain training records and ensure safety compliance.
• Cover for other instructors during emergencies.
• Keep yard clean and presentable.
