Job summary

BrandSafway in Smyrna, GA is seeking a dependable CDL Class A Driver/Laborer to support branch and job-site operations. This role is about 50% driving and 50% manual labor and yard work, transporting materials between branches and sites while assisting with loading, unloading, and inventory.

Qualified candidates will hold a CDL Class A, have a safe driving record, and at least 2 years in construction or material transport, with strong safety and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in construction, industrial, scaffold, or material transportation environments.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
• Ability to perform physical labor and operate commercial vehicles safely.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate commercial vehicles requiring a CDL Class A license.
• Transport materials, equipment, and supplies between branches and job sites.
• Load/unload materials, assist with yard operations and inventory handling.
• Inspect cargo and maintain driver logs and transportation documentation.
• Adhere to DOT regulations and safety policies.
• Support loading/unloading and general labor tasks as needed.
