Responsibilities

• Transport hazardous materials in compliance with DOT and company safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs.

• Lead, coach and counsel team members.
• Manage staffing to meet facility needs.

Hot Line Freight System Inc is hiring a safety-focused Class A CDL Local Driver/Manager for an immediate full-time, day-shift position based in Madison WI. This dual role is a Monday–Friday local pickup and delivery driver position including facility management duties. This role offers consistent hours and no over-the-road travel.

We are looking for a dependable CDL driver with a clean driving record, Hazmat endorsement, and a strong commitment to safety and professionalism with the ability to lead the facility to meet company goals.

Class A CDL Local Driver/Manager Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle for local pickup and delivery routes
