Job summary

Maxwood Furniture is seeking a CDL Class A Driver for a Monday-Friday, home-daily schedule on dedicated drayage runs between the Port of Charleston and our Marion, SC facility. The role features no-touch freight, early start and finish, and predictable hours with weekends off.

Applicants should have a valid Class A CDL, 5+ years of CDL experience, a TWIC card, clean MVR, and be able to pass DOT physicals and drug screens. Port/drayage experience is preferred, with Charleston familiarity a plus.

Maxwood Furniture is hiring an experienced CDL Class A Driver for dedicated drayage routes between the Port of Charleston and our Marion, SC distribution facility. This is a full-time company driver position with a regular Monday-Friday, 4:00 AM-12:30 PM schedule, offering predictable hours, weekends off, and afternoons and evenings at home.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Class A CDL
• 5+ years of CDL Class A driving experience required for commercial insurance eligibility

This position is based in Charleston, SC, with dedicated drayage runs between the Port of Charleston and Maxwood Furniture’s distribution facility in Marion, SC.

Drivers return home daily with no OTR or overnight routes.
