Job summary

Maxwood Furniture in Charleston, SC is seeking an experienced CDL Class A Driver for dedicated drayage routes between the Port of Charleston and Marion, SC. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday 4:00 AM–12:30 PM schedule, with home every day and weekends off.

Responsibilities include no-touch freight, drop-and-hook operations, and port-based runs with predictable hours. Applicants must have a valid Class A CDL, TWIC, clean MVR, and be able to pass DOT physical and drug screening;

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and clean MVR.
• TWIC card required or port experience preferred.
• Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate no-touch freight on port-based drayage routes.
• Perform drop-and-hook operations.
• Return home daily with Monday–Friday schedule.
